There are plenty of great apartments in this area and there is no reason to rent at this one. To start with, the entire building is flimsy and it is one of those constructions that were erected in a year or less. All the materials inside the apartment are cheap. But they call themselves luxury apartments!! go figure. Even the front door lock is flimsy. No wonder I hear break ins. You can hear your neighbors talking. There are dog poop everywhere and they don't seem to care. Parking is ridiculous.
Now back to the staff - the best scam artists I have ever seen, when you move out they will find very innovative reasons to charge you every single penny even if you lick the place clean. There are many other beautiful apartments in this very vicinity, much more luxurious and appealing for the money you pay.
