I love this complex. The management team is good. They really helped me out when I got laid off from my job. (thanks economy!) Maintenance is wonderful too. They are always quick to fix anything that needs it. The facilities are great. Everything in my apartment is in good condition, it also feels and looks new. Parking is never an issue. The grounds a beautiful too. They put a lot into the landscaping. I personally love using the gym in the clubhouse. It is updated and can't find anything like it. The swimming area is wonderful too. The landscaping reminds me of my honeymoon in Jamaica. I highly recommend this complex to anyone!

DO YOU FEEL ALRIGHT?? You obviously work there. There arent any pine trees in jamaica. i lived at the dunes for six months, and it was the worst place ever. I moved to OP from california, and the dunes was worse than Cali. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, like your neighbor taking a piss in the middle of the night. all of the upgrades are cheapy plastic crap. parking was always an issue. always. the breezeways are wooden and hollow, and when a neighbor on the other side of the building slams their door, all the stuff in your place rattles. whoever wrote this is a liar. the only people that might think the dunes is great are people leaving their parents basement. nice try guys. just clean up the property and people might want to actually live there. you can dress up a turd any way you want, but its still a turd.

Yeah, I don't work for them... Did you not read in my posting that I was laid off? And the fact that you said you used to live here makes since... They just re-did all the landscaping this spring. So obviously you wouldn't know. And I only hear neighbors ocassionally, but that is part of living in an apartment. If you never want to hear your neighbors, living in any apartment complex isn't for you.

occasionally. ha. what apartments ever do you only hear people occasionally. when you take your hearing aids out. if that helps you sleep at night. your full of crap. they re-do the landscaping every spring. why else would people stop there. landscaping is the cheapest cost to incur for them since they cant "upgrade" the units anymore. its a polished turd. dont act like your pictures dont shake when the doors close. and you must live on the top floor, or are deaf. and how did they "help" you out? not charge a late fee. get real. just like you went to jamaica and saw bunches of pine trees. i left on good terms and didnt get charged for anything becuase i took photos and video of the move out inspection. i'm just being real so that other people dont make the same mistakes we did. (thanks economy, boo hoo suck an egg and find another job)
