The property management is absolutely horrible! Although the complex has nice curb appeal, we moved in and found mold, poor insulation, missing smoke detectors, and many many other problems. Stay away! We repeatedly asked to have these problems fixed. They made half-hearted attempts, but never actually fixed the problems.
We moved out as soon as we were able. Don't make the same mistake we did.

Dear current resident,
In response to this review, Enclave at Town Center would like to express our apologies for any inconveniences you may have experienced during your recent move-in. However, I would like to address the false statement of "mold issues" and half-hearted attempts by our maintenance staff. Firstly, professional contractors, maintenance men and I have all inspected your apartment and found no "mold" within your tub areas as claimed. We have responded immediately to all of your requests including but not limited to having the baths professionally recleaned, re-caulked the tub areas several times trying to please, installed several door stops where unnecessary, and installed the one smoke detector that was missed upon initial inspection and was brought to our attention later. For each and every request, the maintenance staff has responded quickly and professionally as well as the office staff. Unfortunately, apartment living cannot always meet everyone's standards as several residents have resided in that same apartment over the years ans some wear and tear is to be expected. It is not possible nor practical for the owner to replace everything in every apartment to make it new for each resident. Please be assured that Enclave tries its best to please all of our residents and I believe that this is the case in most instances.

yes don't believe everything you read in response to Enclave Mgmt team. There were "mold" everywhere and we got sick more often than I ever did in my entire life....
