I have been with Enclave over 3 years and wanted to say Thank You to the excellent management team. Over the years I have had several requests and have always found the staff to be professional and responsive. From time to time I hear the typical complaints from residents, but interesting over the years those same people are still at Enclave, they must like something here. Between the property itself, the excellentt staff and the convenience to shopping and restuarants it is simply a great place. Can't wait for summer and the pool time!!!!

There is no way that any one living at Enclave would refer to the staff as being "excellent" - You know this has got to be someone in the office who wrote this to raise their rating on this site.

I agree this must be a staff member - everything around the complex is falling down and held together with duct tape half the lights in the complex are broken and they dont bother to fix any of the giant pot holes in and around the comunity - all i can say is they do have nice landscaping but it is maintained by a profesional outside company - The units also sit low to the ground in a creek bed mold is a big problem - i have paint that has bubbled up with black mold below it - all the complex does is paint over it and consider it fixed what a joke -

Definitely not a staff member - formerly of apartment 116 - poolside till last month when I purchased a townhome. I have found the staff to be excellent, professional and responsive. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and regret having to move, but finacially I needed to make a move. I am surprised by the number of community members that make negative comments, yet stay year after year....there must be a reason for such loyalty to the community. I have recommended the property to others and will continue to do so. Former resident.

I have to ask you...did you get your deposit back? Did you have a mold issue? Did you ever talk to the staff? I would love to talk in more detail because I think you are full of it. I actually knew one of the former employees that worked there a year previous and she told me that they have never given a full deposit to ANY resident. Additionally, if you look at apartmentratings.com you quickly find out that this is one of the poorest rated apartment complexes in Kansas. Most people don't go out of there way to write bad reviews on a place unless they truly had a terrible experience...Statistically speaking you are an anomaly with your experiences. You are either a liar or you have something to gain from Peterson companies.
