this place is really spacious and looks pretty nice... unless you have a basement. we have lived her almost 2 years and it has flooded 6 times. 1 time they put us up in a hotel because the water was so tall and the smell so bad. im suprised they actually did that. each time it floods they blame in on something different, as its not always raining when it floods. the staff is aweful, carmen is a ----- but she is gone now thank god. i would say though that teressa is awesome, so if you have to call, talk to her. everyone else sucks. there is hardly ever the same person working up front, so no one ever follows thru with what they say. rosie the new manager is a young knock up'd girl with no management experience and is only concerned with finding a daddy for her baby. i would only recomend this place is you live in a upstairs apartment with no basement.

I am a resident at Essex Place and I love it here. I am leasing a townhome and I never have problems with it flooding. The staff is great. The grounds always look nice. It's a wonderful place to call home.
