We have lived in Essex place for 2 years now and are definitely leaving when our lease is up. Every dealing with the staff has been a nightmare. The MANAGER is a horrible person, so rude, spiteful, awful. We hate having to call there or go over there to talk to them about something. They never have had a professional attitude. Even when we heard there was new staff, nothing changed. The compex is old and many problems, it was a decent place to live except for things breaking. The staff however put us over the edge for not wanting to stick around. Highly recommend NEVER living here.

We have NEVER been late on our bill and after a busy week we brought it in on the day it was due, FOUR days later we got a letter. They didn't bother calling to say that we had been late. The letter said to pay up or get out. Well we went in to say we didn't realize it was late, we put it in the box at 10:30. Well they said it says on the door it should be in at 10. We said where does it say that, sure enough there was no sign on the door. They said it's in your lease, well thanks, we don't read our lease every day. Then they have the NERVE to say that we are unable to pay our bills. We said HOW MANY TIMES HAVE WE BEEN LATE!!!! They are so rude. NEVER LIVE HERE.

First of all if you lived there for 2 years you would know that rent is due on the 1st, Thats pretty bad that you moved because of that, To me thats you fault not theres. The staff is awesome and freindly maybe it's just you!
