Good Location HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Resident for 2 years at this complex and the location was good, older apartments and townhomes, but decent. HOWEVER!!! KEY NOTE!!! I never had any problems until the last management staff came in to run the show. The manager is pety, rude and not friendly at all so steer clear when she's around. Without the leasing agents staff on hand, I would have moved out months earlier. This staff is the main reason this former renter will no longer lease.

EXACTLY! This happened to us too... The late fee. We have NEVER been late on our bill and after a busy week we brought it in on the day it was due, FOUR days later we got a letter. They didn't bother calling to say that we had been late. The letter said to pay up or get out. Well we went in to say we didn't realize it was late, we put it in the box at 10:30. Well they said it says on the door it should be in at 10. We said where does it say that, sure enough there was no sign on the door. They said it's in your lease, well thanks, we don't read our lease every day. Then they have the NERVE to say that we are unable to pay our bills. We said HOW MANY TIMES HAVE WE BEEN LATE!!!! They are so rude. NEVER LIVE HERE.
