I have lived at Essex Place for a year and a half now and I love my APARTMENT, but not the neighbors or their million guests they have over taking up parking spaces that they don't pay for. The landscaping over there sucks! Of course it is pretty over by the leasing office, but it's like they don't care about the things they can't see. The paint is coming off the buildings and it just looks dirty. The last thing is the maintenance men always come fix things in a timely manner, they just don't fix it correctly...so they have to come back or you have to deal with it. Overall it's a nice place I love the huge closets. I would recommend it for short-term living.
