Good Management, Finally!!!

Seems like we finally have a management staff that takes their jobs seriously and are there for the tenants. They are attentive and quick to take action. I had my problem fixed immediately. 2 months ago I couldn't wait for my lease to expire so that I could move but now I will be renewing my lease.

I have never been to a -------- and been treated like I was when I came in too look for a 2bedroom with a basement,and was greeted by the ------- I believe her name was -----. She asked if she could help us and we told her what we wanted and that we needed it by Feb. and she told us that she didn't have time too show us because she was the only person in the office. Well you know I don't give a ---- if your the only person in the office or not you always show.I'm in the business and I wouldn't want her working for me!! I couldn't believe it because we were ready to put our deposit down. Obviously they must be full to turn somebody down that would have really liked living here. It's just a shame because I would've liked living around a bunch of my friends but not know. I hope nobody else gets treated like we did.

Hello. My name is -----, and I am the -------- ------- for Essex Place Apartments. I, nor my staff, would ever refuse to show a prospect our community. Our office is always appropriately staffed to serve our customers; therefore, I find the above statement to be false. I take great pride in my community, my customer service, and my employee relations. We are here to serve our residents and prospects with the upmost respect and professionalism. We look forward to serving our community.

No ----!!!! ----- is the worst she is so rude if you were to come into complain or call about anything she gets so defensive about everything and treats you like you are a piece of ----. To me a ------- is supposed to listen to your problems not get so defensive with people and yell at you.

Really, -----? Then you need to have a talk with your office staff about your expectations because that happened to my roommate and me when we wanted to look at a new apartment within the complex. We were given a map with available units circled (obviously the office copy), THE MASTER KEY, and told to go pick one! Worst customer service and security practices I've ever encountered!

Last year ----- and her ------- lived in a townhome in Essex Place. She was a -------- ------- at a different complex and her ------- was a ------------------ for Essex Place. To make a long story short, they moved out of the Essex complex without notifying the -------- ------- of Essex Place at that time. When they left, they trashed their townhome and left items behind in the townhome. The place looked like a war zone. Now she is the -------- ------- for Essex Place. Before residents move in, a credit check is done on the applicants. I wonder if the same is done on the employees and -------- -------s by the management parent company. I bet if a credit check is done on the employees, it would be an interesting result. For the past 2 years there has been a 100% turnover of the office staff and maintenience crew.

Whoever decided to slander me in the above paragraph should have gotten their facts straight before posting this. The above statements are completely unfounded rumors by one particular resident on this -------- who is upset because he doesn't always get his way. I find this funny. Of COURSE a THOROUGH background check was done on me-including past rental history! Of COURSE the management company knew my ------- worked here (it was the same management company)! You would be silly to think otherwise. But that has nothing to do with how well I am able to do my job. I am a -------- ------- with an impeccable reputation for being dedicated, hard working, fair, thorough, and extremely caring about the residents on my --------. The problem with websites like these are that they are made ONLY for disgruntled residents like the person who posted this. To anyone reading this: Please don't believe everything you read about ANY apartment communities on this website.
