My townhome always smells like smoke because the neighbors are big smokers, very noisy, and use language that I would rather not hear. There are cigarettes and beer cans all over the back near my garage. The maintenance is very slow and the management decides for you whether or not the problem you are calling about is urgent or not. Not a lot of people on their maintenance crew so things take a long time to get fixed. Very damp and old. They will have to start redoing a lot of the apartments due to molding and general wear and tear. They are clean when ready to move in, but a lot of the windows, sliding doors and drawers need updating. I'm afraid my porch is going to break and fall down.
They are not very nice once you move in. You don't get any bonuses for being a good tenant. Rent just keeps going up.
