Recently I had an issue that required maintenance. Even though it occurred during the weekend, the staff tackled the problem right away and it was fixed in about an hour! Furthermore, the worker that fixed the problem left the area he worked on neat and tidy. The staff is super friendly and takes quick action on all comments and requests for service.

A new rating every week? This one reeks of a shill rating. The "staff tackled the problem right away?" Look, I am happy that somebody has finally started to care at this place, but come on, let's at least try to be legit.
