I will start with parking...it stinks. Almost the entire area is carport, and its reserved 1 per apartment. When you have 3 cars, what are you supposed to do' Our roomates car also got broken into during the night, and we hear form local police that these apartments get broken into alot. Thats not to comforting to hear =/

Noise factor is good. Really cant hear anything unless you get into the breezeway. However, being upstairs, we are scared to death to make any little peep, as the downstairs people heard a video game one night, and how I dont know.

Neighbors accross from us constantly leave trash in the breezeway and it reeks so bad sometimes you gag from it.

When we first moved in the place was mostly clean but not all the way. There were cracks down the walls, one toilet that wouldnt work, shelves were a mess and unclean, the blinds were splattered with some brown goo and unclean, and after a few days the good carpet smell wore off and it smelled quite frankly like cat piss. We think someones cat was a sprayer, and they tried to mask the smell when cleaning. One of the sinks doesnt work and the shower tiles are falling off. Maintanance was supposed to be back last week to finish the shower, and despite us leaving messages, no return call, no maintanance visit. So now we have no shower.

we were misinformed before moving in that 3 adults could live in a 3 bedroom. That was untrue, the limit is 2. We were misinformed about alot of other things as well.

Have a severe ant problem despite everything being immaculate and they dont want to do anything about it.

Staff is so so. Like I said above, we were misinformed about a number of things before we moved in, and then being told oh well when the place wasnt that clean..sucks. Maintanance is also slow, and why the hell do they barge into your apartment at 7:30AM! I thought we were being robbed one day. Most people are not up at 7am, especially those who work nights. If he had come into our room he would have surprised 2 nude people in bed, and I probably would have taken him out for fear he was a robber. Maintanance needs to come at a decent hour. Dont come at 7 bloody AM! They also said they would come back later that day and we didnt see em for a couple weeks later.

I kinda regret moving in here, but there is nothing we can do till our lease is up.
