Maintenance is a huge problem. We complained several times about multiple leaks in the roof to no avail. Nobody even came to see how bad the problem was. Finally, after a 3 day weekend of heavy rains and buckets of water streaming down the walls and dripping from the ceiling, they FINALLY sent someone out, thanks to Marilyn. We have had numerous other maintenance issues with heating and cooling, water pressure, and ancient appliances that don't work well. Things have really gone down hill since Marilyn left.

Everyone seems to have an ant problem and we are no exception. We had made requests with the office, never had a visit from the exterminator and had to take care of the infestation ourselves.

Certain tenants who have been here for a long time act as if they own the place and dictate policy to management. One bitter old person in particular made it a personal mission to have someone in the building evicted. We have had A LOT worse neighbors than the people that are being evicted.

New tenants are being offered cheap rent while existing tenants' rent is increasing. That hardly seems fair.

Why is it so hard to find a decent place to live'! As soon as we do find some place, we are giving notice.

Some of what you say about FS the same goes for where I live TREEHOUSE. Don't go there if you wanted to be treated fairly. They offer cheaper rents to newer tenants, and the opposite is true here, they allow newer residents to force out the ones that have rented here for years. The "have no heart" management comes on with a phony sweetness and then later stab you in the back with lies and they don't resolve problems at all...they prefer they go (or you)just go away. If you rent here STAY OUT OF THE OFFICE...those b**ches bite!

Yeah, this place bites. I would rather live in a box then live here anymore. Hate to say it though, but unless you live in one of those extremely expensive luxury apartmetns that are like 1600 a month for a 2 bedrom, your going to get crap no matter where you leae from. The ants here are super bas as well. They are even getting into my animals food! They evict here on the slightest whim I think. But anyways, this is going to happen probably no matter where you go. Buy a house. In the end its alot better.

I checked out FS before renting at Four Winds and could feel it was a very bad place to live. We pay $766 mo at Four winds, have a washer/dryer w/ the unit, a beautifully landscapped complex, low crime, wonderful office/mait. staff and a fantastic club house. I feel safe here and am very impressed with the place. It is only slightly higher than FS ( I know because we toured there 7/06) but worth every penny.
