(user photo) This was their "solution" to our mold problem. (user photo) This is the mold growing in our shower, due to the 3 year drip that was never fixed. (user photo) This is mold as well. We have told them and told them, and nothing has been done. We have tried to scrub it clean, but it doesn't come off. (user photo) still hasn't been fixed.

Maintence is horrible, they want rent on time, but don't fix your apartment in a timely manner. Since I have been here, I have had leaking ceiling, leaking kitchen pipes, whole in wall, bad plumbing, had water shut off 4 times in one month. Drafty windows and doors, half of apt. hot other half cold. Bad insulation, can hear your neighbors and bad locust problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Stay away!!!!!!!

OMG! Do you live below me?? lol!! I have had the maintenance come up here at 10:30pm to tell me MY tub was leaking in to the apartment below me! I guess it took them over 3 weeks to patch their ceiling too!! I called every day for a week for them to fix my hole in my wall, and when they finally got here to fix it, I laid in to him about how long it took him. I posted my story on here too. You should read it! lol.
