I live in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath. It is very spacious and nice to live in. The area seems somewhat safe, however I do see the police in the neighborhood a lot. They are very fast at fixing anything correctly and are very nice maintenance workers. Very diverse group of people living here with many animals all over. We don't have any pets, so I would say only live here if you have pets because they are running everywhere! The only other complaint I have that I did not know when I moved in, there is a train across I-35 that comes through about every 2 hours and is VERY LOUD!!! (the one at 4am seems to always wake me) I understand that it is nothing they can control, but it is sure a downfall. Parking is really bad if you do not want to pay the extra money each month for covered parking. I have found myself on several occasions parking in another complex's area or along side the street. I think it is kind of expensive for the accommodations you get. I would recommend only if you like the above things. Thanks.
