Four Winds seems like agreat place when you look but once you sign that leae don't expect any kind treatment. The office staff is horrible and the manager is a nightmare. If you have any questions regarding policy make sure you ask the manager only because if you ask a leasing agent and they tell you wrong the manager will take the leasing consultant over you.(even if that means you losing your apartment). The buildings are old and falling apart and the insulation between apartments is non-existent. There is dog feces everywhere as they allow large dogs and don't enforce any of the pet rules. The maintenece staff is great, always polite and fix things promptly and correctly. Too bad they have to work in a place that doesn't support a better living environment.

We beg to differ. The entire staff has always been nice and cooperative. Sounds like you did not get your way on something, maybe you broke policy.
