Having lived in a variety of apartments in different areas of Kansas City and elsewhere I feel confident that this complex leaves MUCH to be desired. I lived there only the duration of my first lease period because of the multiple problems I encountered. Dishwasher never worked, hot water never worked, yet upon moving out I was charged over $200 (plus my deposit) for my spotless apartmentment for such ridiculous claims as $10 to clean out the sink'' Not only that, the staff is beyond rude and their self-serving, self-righteous behavior makes for their extremely high turnover rate, however they will be very charming until they get that lease signed. Imagine being charged $50 if your rent is turned in the morning of the 2nd and an additional charge for each day it is late. The maintenance staff is the ONLY bright spot at this complex. As if this wasn't enough, for those of you who would like to enjoy the community features you are paying for, the hot-tub, when its WARM, closes at 5pm.
