If you like these apartments, you can get the same thing across the street at Aspen Lodge. I can not vouge for the staff at Aspen Lodge, but I can comment on the staff at Four Winds. Based on my experience, the management at Four Winds was extremely rude and not interested in maintaining good face throughout the termination of my lease. My wife and I recently bought a home and once we decided to terminate our lease at Four Winds, we were treated poorly. We found out that we were being charged $100/month more than the current market rate and we had been perfect tennants for two years. Four Winds did nothing to rectify the overcharges we had been receving for 6 months and was rude throughout the lease termination process. My recommendation is to check out Aspen Lodge. I doubt it would be possible for the service to be any worse than Four Winds and the apartments are identical floor plans and the same rent. STAY AWAY FROM FOUR WINDS!!!
