My wife and I have lived at Four Winds for over 13 years. We have been extremely happy with the office and maintenace staff. The maintenace staff is wonderful and the Manager, Roxanne is always willing to help out whenever possible. Any accusations made againts her are out of jealously and spite. The comment about the dog is pety, and since I live in the building next to her I always see her picking up after her pet even if she has to come back with another baggie. People need to be concerned with other things. I would say that any negative comments about the office are because they are enforcing policies. When you sign an agreement you are responsible for those policies and costs. People need to be responsible for their own actions and act like adults. The apartments are not perfect but the on-site maintenace and management do their best to accomdate your needs and make at home. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
