This use to be a nice place to live. Since the new owners and management came on board the place is turning into a dump! Maintenance is a joke at best. Drive around the complex and really look hard ... you'll see trash on the grounds, weeds growing in the landscaped areas, dying grass (usually ... the rains have helped), shotty repairs, peeling paint (although the place was just painted) ... just to name a few.

Rents are going UP!!!

BEWARE of the cold winters!! You can feel the cold from the outside on the walls and sweeping in around doors and windows. The owners and managements response is ... keep tap water running to avoid frozen pipes! LOL

The office staff is ok but nothing special.

Just so you know.. things can not be perfect, and usually you do ask to see the one you are moving in to.. So if you didn't that sounds like its your own fault.

That really is sad because when I used to live there back from 2000-2003 the grounds were really nicely kept and they fixed repairs in a timely fashion. But the only complaint I had than was the attitude of the long gone manager, -------. She was a witch and her boyfriend was a pervert.
