This September is when our lease is up and we cannot wait to move out.....The office staff is very friendly but it takes an act of congress to get something done. It took them like 2 or 3 months to come in and fix the stuff that was orginaly reported when we moved in. When something does break or needs looked at they take there sweet time getting to ya. Like weeks or months. They take more pride in the landscaping than what really needs to be fix. The insulation is horrible. I have had to weather strip everything in this apartment. Front Door, patio door, windows, etc...Just like one of the other reviews stated, even some of the walls are freezing cold in the winter. The fireplace sucks. You have to sit 2 inches away from it to feel the warmth. Insects are bad too. Ants, Spiders, roaches etc...The stove burners are not level and neither are the counter tops or shelves in the cabinets. Some of the electrical outlets intermitantly work. No ceiling lights except in the kitchen and dinning area. You have to have lamps that plug into the outlets for everywhere else. On occasion the parking has been horrible. Usually ok though. Don't even think about using the laundry facilities. There are only 3 washer and dryers for this whole entire complex. For the longest time only 2 of the washers worked and the 3rd sat filled with water for months. When they do work, check them b4 you use. They usually have bugs in them or are just filthy from not being cleaned. Oh and the train....well....pretty freakin loud and annoying. Running all day and all night.....If you are not used to living by the train tracks.....do not move in here......Way to over priced for what ya get. I deffinatly would not refer my worst enemy to this place.
