Since the Greystar has taken over, Four Winds has been the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. What's worse, when the new mgmt. co. took over, they jacked the rent up considerably. The staff is nice, until there's a problem and then you see that their niceness is all an act and you'll find that they can be quite nasty and RUDE!!! Also, as mentioned in previous posts, getting maintenance to fix/repair problems is darn near impossible. The parking is a big problem; although, a lot of people park in the carports without permits and no one says anything (so I guess that's a plus). I think that if they would crack down on people that park in the carports with out paying, they would not have had to increase the rent so much. Another BIG problem is the trains, they are really, really LOUD! I am a pretty heavy sleeper but the train whistles always wake me up. I regret moving here and, to be honest, I'd rather live in the hood then stay here (okay, not really!) I would definitely advise anyone considering renting from this place to rethink, and reconsider, your decision... for you will regret it!!
