My roomy and I have only been living here for 5 months and we cannot believe how crappy this place really is. We have a huge horse like spider problem and we even had a nat problem in the master bath. Everything seems to break, and when (only if they actually come out and fix it)they fix it, its a half ass job and it breaks again in a couple of weeks.
One major issue that we have (have meaning they still have not fixed it, going on 2 months now) had is when it rains our sliding door and the master bedroom window leaks majorly. Almost looks like a waterfall.
You can tell that this leaking has been going on for some time because the wall is buckling and the wood on the window seal is all sponged up and well we are assuming that we living with MOLD.
When they attempted to fix it once all they did was go outside of the apartment and put some caulking where the windows meet the wall. HAhA...what a joke. We then multiple times have talked to them since, telling them that it isn't fixed and that it is very unhealthy for us to live here. Aparently that means nothing to them and they could care less. We might just have to take legal action!

God I hope they shut this place down. Or please atleast get managment in here that know how to deal with renters and get things done.

If you want something fixed ... here is what you are going to have to do. Go into the office and ask for the name, phone number and email address of the Regional Manager. Put together your issues/complaints and take some pictures. I will almost guarantee you that you WILL get a response and things will be fixed. It's sad that you have to do this, but the manager and maintenance manager at the complex are a joke!
