Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
We lived here for a year, there seemed to be a lot of flooding on the bottom floor. If you live on a busy street, it is very noisy! Overall, the management and leasing agents were nice and the neighbors were nice. We didn't have a problem until we moved out. Be careful! They will try to charge you for anything even if you were perfect tenants! Make sure they go through the apartment with you when you leave.
