We have lived in these apartments for 3 years. In that time we have had two leaks for over a year and a half and after several reminders they have not been fixed. Our walls rotted out leaving termites and maggots. They have water sprinklers but do not use them so the grass is always dead shortly after spring and in fact some of the grass isn't coming back any more in spring. We also have experienced that if your neighbor upstairs takes a shower you loose all your hot water and when they flush you get burnt. He also had a robbery here and solicitors show up constantly. Basically we have not been happy here and that is why we are moving out. For all this they charge twice what it is worth. Shop around we wish we had.
