We lived in this complex for three years. It's a good price for the area but you "pay" in other ways. For one, in winter, it is ALWAYS cold. The only way to get heat into the bedrooms is if you leave the doors open. Cold air rushes in through sliding door and windows, the latter which frequently leak (same complaint heard from other neighbors). Ceilings are mildewed as well as flooring in places. Carpet is shoddy and then they try to arbitrarily charge you a month's rent once you move out to replace it! Pets of all sizes are accepted; this was the best selling point of the place. There's also a dog walker on site who also leases apts. there. She's truly wonderful; very caring and good on followup. People often say they stay because of her! Maintenance staff does best it can with monies alloted. Manager, however, is young and seemingly inexperienced with an overall unpleasant "attitude." We finally bought a house and left. I do not recommend living here. As someone mentioned previously, keep searching!!
