My neighbor was selling drugs. My upstairs neighbor was P.T. fricking Barnum and had 2 kids playing basketball, and 2 large dogs. Not nice when the walls and ceilings are paper thin. The noise was unbearable, and despite numerous complaints, management did nothing about either tenant, only saying that I needed to "call the police". The police said they could not do anything about it, it was managment's responsibility. I had to move to another unit, and they KEPT MY DEPOSIT! The white trash upstairs neighbor also had an abandoned car with no tag and broken windows parked in the lot, and management refused to do anything about it.

Things then went from bad to worse, as the new neighbors had about 8 people living in a 2 BR apt., and I swear they were Taliban!! (and in violation of fire and housing codes). They cooked some foul smelling goat tripe every night. The pool is always packed with grubby little kids, the exercise equipment is always broken, and the hot tub looks like it is filled with bong water (could be my drug dealer former neigbors-LOL)

When I did move out, they threatened legal action and kept my deposit.

Do yourself a HUGE favor, and don't walk, RUN away from this piece of crap apartment complex.
