Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
My mom lived here in a ground floor apartment that flooded on a regular basis from the sprinklers.It got so bad that mold started growing in her bedroom and it smelled like a rank basement. The carpet was sopping wet and there was obviously water damage on the walls. She complained and they did nothing. After several complaints they came into her apartment and ripped the drywall off in her bedroom and left the exposed cement. They left it like this for over a month. They did not leave any note or anything to indicate when they would return to fix it. She even took pictures so this is a not a joke
