I moved out in 2000, what happened' the staff was great, fun, helpful. The maintenance was great, stan, jerry, shawn, all the guys. Did they leave' I know it sold but these reviews cant be right. Those people would bend over backward for you. The girls in office were professional, you would always see them out working on the property too, planting flowers. One time they were dressed like ghosts on halloween and gave me candy, scared the crap out of me when I pulled in.

This can be right, 4 years later' the grass was always nice and the apartments are big, clean. I would go look at the place before I believed this stuff. There were some bitchy residents that they kicked out, maybe they are doing this.

Yes, this place did go downhil after 2001. I too lived here from 1996 to 2000. Gerry and the rest of the guys quit in late 1999 for a better job. The new owners let the place go to pot when they took over. No one was murdered here when I lived here. They screaned the residents and kicked out the troublemakers when I lived here. I even had a member of the KC Chiefs living next to me. How's that for a nice place. Not so anymore. Sad, just sad.
