Not Impressed - Even with Lake View

I lived here a year or two ago, and was not terribly impressed with the apartment. It was nice and maintained, but was really poorly insulated, so we always heard the neighbors.
It also took us forever to get approved for the apartment. Between my roomates and I, we made a collective of at least $100K, but we still had to provide checking/savings/money market account documents, as well as letters of income from our work, etc, just to get approved to live there!
Rent was exorbitant too, I believe the apartment was like 800 - 900 sq ft, and rent was around $875, simply because of location.
