I moved into Hawthorne last June, and the manager that signed me up, without my knowledge, moved me into the handicap unit . When I called the office to get answers, I got a management team that could care less and basically did everything they could to piss me off. Throughout the year, I got treated, by these horrible white trash people, with absolutely no care and no respect, and then they actually had the balls to get an attitude with me because I was upset! The worst part is that not only is the staff at Hawthorne horrible (------- is a totally rude and unhelpful, and guess what, she's the manager!), so is the regional manager (-------------...she makes ------ look nice). So, if you ever need help, you won't get help from the "top dogs" either. You would think being the customer allows you to "win", but these people don't have a clue what customer service or compassion really is. Don't move to Hawthorne if you want a friendly, helpful, and caring staff to help you out, EVER. They suck horribly!!!!!!!!
