management sucks - they smoke all day, drink beer by pool in summer, don't respond to maint. requests & one maintenance guy is on the sex offender list...beware esp if you have kids...
residents are not checked for criminal history or much of anything else...ghetto wannabes from KC moving in, loud music always, loud vehicles, one murder last year, numerous fires, cops regularly called on weekends...
leaks, mold, cockroaches, spiders, and just about every other problem you can imagine...don't do it
