First year there was OK, good lease specials. Nice apt, but old appliances and management not to responsive. Signed new lease by complete mistake! Lot's of contract issues, and the management keeps very poor record of things. I liked the location and layout, but apartment size is very small for the money. Main complaint is office staff. Friendly if you talk to the right person, but very poorly managed. Customer service is like air; you start realizing how important it is when you aren't getting any! All in all, I liked living there, but not because of the great amenities or good deals, and certainly not because of the wonderful staff.
