Lincoln Highlands or Highland Park as they call it now, looks great from the outside. The location is ideal, it's close to everything. It would be a perfect place to live if it wasn't for the management staff. They keep poor records and sometimes either over charge or under charge people because of it. They have no customer service skills at all. They are very nice to talk to but very incompetent. For them the tenent is never right.

In addition they never clean their streets after it snows. Also I've had an issue for an item to be fixed and reported last summer but it still hasn't been fixed yet.
