Their staff is annoying and not helpful. I had a large package delievered to the office but they refused to help or offer the use of a dolly. Instead they watched as I dragged it all the way back to my apt but I learned the next day that one of the ammenities offered is package delievery. They even strolled out the dolly in front of me to put it in the closet.
They have also tried to back charge me for my dog which the old company never charge me. A dog needs a place to live too... Watch out because they don't honor their lease especially current ones from the old company. You are better off living in the projects at least the rats will help you move and the roaches will take out the trash.
