New Management is lousy

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
I have lived here more than 2 yrs now. Till the property was owned by Linclon HighLands it was one of the best apt.complexes to live in but, since Feb 2003 the service has gone down drastically...Weeks go by before the maintenance staff will fix even serious stuff (LIKE A LEAK IN THE ROOF - according to the staff "That is not an emergency"!!!) I would not recommend this property to anyone now.
