Moving here from Jefferson Place in Olathe, Highland Park has SO MANY more advantages. It's great to be so close to the highway, and they had the best special in Overland Park when I moved in ($480/mo for 1 bedroom). The vaulted ceilings in my apt make the space feel bigger, and although the staff have to finish their conversations with each other before they'll help you, they've been helpful. So far, I haven't even had to call maintenence for anything. Only bad thing I've noticed is that they don't clear the parking lots when there's snow. Otherwise, the buildings are private and EXTREMELY quiet, at least in my building. I feel very safe here.
