Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
I have lived here since January 2001 and would agree that things have gone downhill since the new management took over. It is hard to quantify, but I would say that they don't do maintenance (landscaping, snow removal, changing the air filters, etc.) as often as Lincoln Property Management did. I still live here and like it overall but will probably move to another Lincoln Property when my lease is up.
