Nice managers, some maintenance issues

The managers are generally very nice, especially if you make friends with them. Maintenance staff has generally fixed stuff well, but stuff does seem to break down a lot more than I'm used to (the workout room AC is broken as I write this). LOTS of highway noise from my apartment.
