5 years i lived here
went from great to ---- within a couple years from the new management. I had several attempted break ins and someone was held up outside my apt.
the spiders are soooooo bad.
had leaks and very little maintenance
they have problems with their records. overpaid rent so last month would not have to pay as much but they lost their info. They DO NOT HAVE A RECORD OF YOUR MONTHLY RENT PAYMENTS
Got stuck with a huge bill after i moved out for normal wear and tear issues. never replaced carpet or appliances or painted or anything in the 5 years i lived there. these people suck bigtime.
