Be careful at this place. They will find every way to get money out of their tennants. You need to read all the fine print on everything you sign! They are a large corporation and know all the ways to get extra money out of you. I've rented 6 previous apartments in my life and this one has more loop-holes and technicalities than any lease I've ever read.
Also, the apartments have ant and spider problems. Not to mention the washer/dryers are very old and don't run very well. Location is the best thing these apts have going for them and the main reason people rent these.
