It's not as bad as some say

I have lived here for almost 3 years. The office staff is fair as long as you pay your rent on time. I think a lot of the people complaining are those who are late on there rent. The entire complex is getting re-painted as I write this. The Tanning bed room is almost complete. The grounds always look great and the maintaince staff is frendly and does there best to fix everything within a day of my call. The pools are the best I have every seen out of the 4 other complexes I have lived. Overall very good for the price and the location.
