Used to be very nice apartments to live - very spacious, green and good location. But the new management is turning them into Ghettos. Leasing consultants are the rudest I have ever seen in the last six years. If you decide to rent, make sure you read and understand every letter of the Lease agreement. They can sound like bunch of crack lawyers when it comes to enforing lease agreement. Expect no cooperation for any personal circumstances. Don't have high expectations from maitenance team. With ongoing construction around the area, expect traffic jams and delays for next year or two. Highway noise can be a big problem if your unit is close to the highway.

You are full of it. PAY YOUR RENT and you won't have any problems, so often we see these people who get charged late fee's and as a retaliation sign on to this site and bash the place, knowing full well it was there fault to begin with, also the girls in the office are very cooperative and the maintenance is very prompt on fixing any issues. Like I said don't expect the office staff to listen to personal issues and give you months to pay your rent, and YES please read the lease, that's what you sign anyways right? So there should be no suprises when you have your so called personal issues. Anyway if you pay your rent on time, you will not have any discrepencies with highland park.
