When I first moved in over a year ago I felt very safe living in a one bedroom by myself. Over the last six months a few shady characters have moved in, and my apartment was broken into three months ago. The staff was concerned and switched my keys. However, I have heard from other neighbors that there is a lot of break ins near the back buildings. If you move in make sure you have a roomate and don't live in the back. Other than the crime it's a nice area and the maintenance and staff are nice people.
