Highland Ridge is a great place to live. When I moved in they gave me 3 months free which I was allowed to prorate throughout the entire year. I lived in a corner 1 bedroom townhouse. (The extra windows make a huge difference.) Things have gone wrong here. My pipes burst and flooded my entire apartment and I came home from work to find all of my belongings on the front porch - and it was raining. But I had to give them credit for fixing the problem within hours. Don't think you can get away with paying rent late - they deduct the $50 the second 5pm hits. Overall, I have enjoyed living here. It doesn't feel like an apartment - it feels like a home. P.S. They have a Christmas light contest that is SO much fun!
