Cheap and poor maintenance, rude staff

I have lived in this apt for 2.5 years. I found it slightly cheap (comparatively). As always quality goes with cost. So do NOT expect good mannerisms from the staff. Do NOT expect prompt maintenance. There were various instances where the maintenance staff did NOT arrive promptly giving me a hard time. I had to live with a leaking roof for 3 months straight - no action. The staff is rude - no question about that.
