Good ... not so good

I agree to the person who wrote about the rent going month to month if you do not give them a months notice. My lease was ending 04/29 and for some reason I needed to stay there till 05/04, which is like one week more then my lease end date. And initially they say that I need to pay a pro-rated rent for 7 days on $605, but on the day I move they tell me I need to pay the pro rate plus a $100. On arguing with them they see reason and say I would need to pay the pro rate on 705 and not 605. I guess a 4th grader would have more sense than these guys.
The maintainance ... the less said the better. When I initially moved into the apartment there was a problem with the flush in the toiltet. It took them two week and 5 riminders to come fix it. Then i had a problem with the freezer in my refregerator. The Ice creams we buy were turning to semi-liquid overnight. Each time a maintanence chap comes up and sticks a thermometer into the freexer and says the temperature is 27F which is what it should be (< 32F). Now any person who is passed 10th grade must know that ice cream stays hard only at temperatures of 5F and not 27F. I had to tell him that I would search the net and get him a print out of the same and that is when he said he would replace it with a new Refrigerator. But while leaving he tells me he will just move this old refrigerator to another apartment. All the best to where ever he moved it. Please do not buy any ice creams. You would end up drinking it.
An the designs of the town houses are horrible. There is only one heater vent on the ground floor and it remains as cold as outside during winters. you got to take a leak climb up the stairs. Rally wonder who designed the house.
But on the better side that house was lucky for me. They say the owners have changed. Hope it is for the good. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
