New Management is clueless

Like the poster below..the new mgmt tried to charge me a $100 surcharge before moving out because I stayed a couple of days. In addition the lady sat in the back office and bad mouthed me loud enough that I could clearly hear it in the lobby when I asked that she show me where exactly in the lease it stated I owed them this money. Bottom line is.. don't deal with a company that has no clue on customer service and promotes individuals that are classless in their actions.
The townhome itself was ok...design was horrible.. I had to keep a fire going in the winter to heat the downstairs... but it was quiet (better than my new place) and maintenance always resolve my issues... place was a ghost town though...right before I left I got some decent neighbors before that hardly anyone lived there...
