After reeading my comments just keep reading and when you've had enough find somewhere else to live! First off the up and down one bedroom townhome is a pain. Not enough room to move furniture in the living area due to the stair railing. The upstairs interior wall next to the stairs has no support below it. Maybe that's why the floor upstairs is so uneven. It goes downhill towards this wall. Wonder how this passed building codes.
The kitchen has old and small appliances. Smallest dishwasher I have ever had in an apartment. The 'fridge is old and the seal around the doors needs replacing but try to get anything done by maintenance. They do make excuses to be in your apartments about every other month. From phony floor inspections, bug spraying that doesn't help, changing furnace filters, etc, etc. They are just scouting out your stuff to see what they can steal. Had camera and jewelry taken but office did nothing. Filed police report but the apartment wasn't broken into. Funny, I'm the only one with a key except the office!

Not enough parking if you dn't have a carport. Most people ignore the "reserved" spaces and park there anyway. Nobody at the office enforces it.

first lawn mowing of 2004 was started at 7:45 on a Saturday morning. Next time it was mowed (2 weeks later-imagine how high it was by then!) the landscape compoany was still going on after 9 at night. Talk about a total lack of respect for the residents to allow the hired landscape company to make this noise that early and late.
