Since the new owners have taken over, rent has increased substantially. They are also not straight forward when leasing the apartments to you. There are always hidden fees or they quote you the wrong price and expect you pay it anyway.

The "rennovated" appartments are worse than the old apartments.

Example: Scratch and dent doors, bad paint jobs, poorly assembled drawers that stick and will not open or shut properly, etc.

Even a maintenance man told me that CRES management does not have a high standard for the rennovations and are trying to get it done as cheap as possible so their profit margin is higher.

Parking is horrible. I hope you get home early enough in the evening to park because if you don't, you're going to be walking quite a distance!
